A safe-training service I took solo from idea to a complete product documentation package.

ZERO-CONTEXT EXPLANATION

"Don't Break" is my personal project: an informational safe-training assistant that makes no diagnoses and does not replace a doctor — it stops the user before an injury instead of recommending they push through (a red-flag route rather than advice to keep training). I ran it as project lead — solo, no team — and built the requirements, lean architecture, risk, privacy, GTM plan, financial model and a consistency register from scratch. With this package, I cleared the selection stage in two contests — no grant on the other end, but no team on this one either.
